About NOF Technologies
Founded in 1986, Networks of Florida was one of the first IT companies and Managed IT Service Providers (MSP) in Florida.

After three decades servicing companies throughout the Florida Panhandle, NOF expanded across the Gulf Coast, into the neighboring states of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and then further across the state of Florida. Because of our exceptional reputation and service in the IT and Cybersecurity industries, we have expanded our customer base into the U.S. North East, South, Midwest, and East Coast and have changed our name to NOF Technologies to reflect our growth and who we are today.

Meet Bill

Bill Dunn is a business owner, senior business executive, and retired Naval Officer with over 40 years of leadership experience. His diverse experience includes 24 years as a Naval Cryptologist and Cyber Warfare Officer and over sixteen years within the commercial industry serving in multiple leadership and technology roles as a defense contractor and business owner.

In his previous roles, Bill served as President, Metova CyberCENTS®, a By Light Corp., Vice President and General Manager for Cyber, Camber Corp., and as Vice President in the Defense Division of Airbus North America. In these roles he managed all cyber contracts and profit and loss centers supporting U.S. Cyber Command, Navy Cyber, Air Force Cyber, Army Cyber, Office of the Secretary of Defense, National Guard Bureau and U.S. Strategic Command.

Bill’s community involvement includes serving as President of AFCEA International, Pensacola, Blue Angel Chapter, is a member of the UWF Center for Cyber Security Advisory Board and remains active in the defense community as a Cyber and IT Committee and subcommittee lead to support cyber work expansion along the Cyber Coast. Mr. Dunn believes in serving the communities NOF supports and encourages all employees to do likewise. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking/Architecture from Strayer University and a Master of Science in Management from Colorado State University.

jeffrey brock
Meet Jeff


Jeffrey Brock has served with NOF Technologies since 1996 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth over the years. He started as our Technical Services Manager overseeing all aspects of the service department and transitioned to role of CTO for nearly 10 years before moving into his current position as President.

With 30 plus years of experience in the field, Jeffrey has obtained numerous industry certifications from major vendors such as Microsoft, Novell, VMware, HP, Cisco, Citrix and many others. Jeffrey has also spent time working with product development with multiple vendors such as Piriform, Avast, Intel, Malwarebytes, and Computer Associates to name a few.

Jeffrey has utilized his leadership skills and technical background to serve on multiple Technical Advisory boards as well as other community boards for local organizations. His commitment and dedication in the field has allowed him to continue to grow and achieve industry recognition and help NOF Technologies grow to become one of the area’s leading Managed Services Providers.

Meet Vanessa


Vanessa joined NOF Technologies September 2021 as Office Manager/HR. She is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently.

Before joining NOF Technologies, she was in healthcare for over 33 years.

Vanessa enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found relaxing on Pensacola beach.

Meet Tony


Tony joined NOF Technologies in 2021 as our MSOC Administrator overseeing the NOF Technical Services department and help desk. He brings over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology field as a Senior Technical Engineer and is driven excel and inspire others to excel in the field. Tony’s extensive background includes networking, hardware, and software management experience and is and Subject Matter Expert in planning, organizing, and execution of IT Service Delivery, making him a great resource at NOF for our client base.

zach dunn
Meet Zach


Zach is the Director of Technical Sales for NOF. In this role he is responsible for procurement, proposals, and contracts management. Other roles held at NOF include Senior Services Technician, Cyber Security Lead and is currently a Registered Practitioner (RP) for CMMC. As a defense contractor, Zach produced training simulators for a prime contractor and managed the design and installation of a government IT secure teleconferencing and communications systems deployed throughout the U.S. A graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Information Technology, Zach has over 10 years’ experience in various technical roles and team leadership.

Meet Sean


Sean joined the NOF team as an MSOC Technician in 2019. In January of 2022, Sean became the Regional Director for NOF Technologies in Arkansas. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology as well as several associate’s degrees in various subjects. Sean is an important asset to the NOF team as he works in Sales, Help Desk, and our social media, all while working towards growth of NOF Technologies in Arkansas. As a proud Arkansan and avid Razorback fan, Sean is dedicated to providing all of what NOF Technologies has to offer in order to enhance the business world in Arkansas.
